The Pathways Internship Program allows students to join VA in career positions that emphasize long-term training and development. As a participant in the Workforce Recruitment Program, the employee assists other employees at the Iowa City VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS) Finance Department in administrative and computer support. This developmental position involves work in a mix of functional areas to include administrative, operations, computer and systems support.
